One day I’ll sit down with you and share all the stories that made me who I am today and why I had to build this boutique design build studio called House of Stiles & Co.
Long story short, it was clear to me that the design / build industry had a reputation for broken communication between Designers and Contractors. The problem-solver in me set out to fix that by becoming the Contractor too. This allows our clients to work with us in different capacities throughout their renovation / new build process, guiding them through all the thoughtful decisions to bring their signature design to life.
This didn’t happen overnight, and I certainly didn’t do it alone. Along my way, I was able to build and nurture relationships with seasoned Craftsman, Creative Partners, and Retailers that are instrumental to our success and they have become true extensions of us.

This beautiful website is a glimpse into a big - huge - crazy part of my life.
In July of 2014, I came up with the idea for House of Stiles. Since then, we have evolved into a full design & build studio here in Sammamish, WA. I am deeply proud of our work and our team.
I am a mother of two brilliant, talented boys who I couldn’t breathe without, a mother to Walter (our doodle) who brings me such joy every single day. My husband, “Stiles”, who has always supported my endless ideas, jumps in fully with me and together we are always limitless.
I have created a space where each of us can lean into our own strengths and I have never been so proud of myself, my team, and Jessi for her endless hours working in the studio with me and supporting my endless ideas and goals. No joke - she’s pro top notch and I could never ever do this without her…even though I tell her she’s a total flop EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I hope you enjoy the site! Stephanie St. Claire is a true artist and I’m so grateful we found her.
And to all of you, thank you for supporting and rooting for us through the years. My clients have my whole heart and I couldn’t be more grateful.

We love that we can design and build beautiful homes but we care most about the families that live in them.
We have established a non profit supporting Seattle Children’s Hospital pediatric immunotherapy research fund.
Throughout the year we will be hosting a series of community events to raise both awareness and financial resources to help bridge the gap to a cure.
