Pre-Construction

  • DISCOVERY CALL

    30 min introduction call with a House of Stiles resident expert to see how we can best support you in your design / renovation experience.

    ON-SITE DESIGN CONSULTATION

    Our resident team will meet you onsite to walk through the vision for your project.

    PRELIMINARY ALLOWANCES

    Once we have an idea of what you want to accomplish with your renovation - - knowing your dreaming big and scope is far from being finalized - - based on previous projects we provide a range of allowances to consider while building your budget.

  • DESIGN CONCEPTS

    We take time to curate your signature style and present it to you in a look book format. We collaborate with you to refine and define the true scope of the Design project.

    SAMPLES + SELECTIONS

    We've honed in your signature style so it's time to make your final selections. We take the time to walk through select suppliers to help you make these thoughtful decisions.

    DESIGN + SUPPLY CUSTOM CABINETS

    With final measurements and appliances finalized we head to the studio to design the kitchen/bath/office of your dreams. Includes an edit session, 3D drawings of cabinetry + renderings of cabinetry. Cabinet measurements available upon purchase.

    DESIGN CLIENT PORTAL

    We capture your feedback on all design elements from within our client portal. Allowing you to like/dislike design selections.

  • With the approved permits, drawings, design specifications, allowances, and timeline approved and in hand, we customize your build team from our trusted team of Craftsman, managing every design expectation throughout the entire project life-cycle.

Construction

  • DESIGN MANAGER + BUILD TEAM COLLABORATION

    Design-build saves time and money by encouraging innovation and design collaboration from start to finish. We'll manage the design details with our Craftsman consulting them along the way.


  • We take the stress out of tracking all the purchases needed to make your design final. With a payment form on file we will purchase, track lead times and deliveries on your behalf.
